How to ship orders to buyers efficiently
You receive a notification when a buyer places an order. Review the order details and shipping address.
Secure the bale properly with wrapping and labeling. Include the order reference number on the package.
Deliver the bale to our central collection point, or ship directly to the buyer using an approved method.
Mark the order as shipped in your dashboard. Add the tracking number if available so buyers can follow delivery progress.
Once the buyer confirms receipt, the payment is processed. Funds move to your available balance for payout.
