OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) KES 10,000.
